New York City

Downtown Manhattan is my home base, and my connection to this side of the river goes back a long way. From the age of 10, I spent every other weekend in Hoboken — across the Hudson from the city — and those weekends gave me an early, genuine feel for what it means to live close to Manhattan without being inside it. That proximity stayed with me, and eventually drew me into a career built block by block in some of the city's most competitive markets.

My practice is anchored in Downtown Manhattan — Tribeca, the Financial District, the West Village, Hudson Square — where I know not just the buildings, but the buildings worth being in. I launched my NYC career on the Upper East Side, which gave me working fluency across the full island. Whether you're drawn to a prewar co-op in the 70s or a new development south of Canal, I know where the value is and where it isn't.

I also work select neighborhoods in western Brooklyn — DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, and Carroll Gardens — for clients who want proximity to Manhattan without the Manhattan price tag. These markets move fast, and knowing which buildings and blocks are worth the premium is the difference between a smart buy and an expensive lesson.

Northern NJ

My connection to Northern New Jersey is personal. Starting at 10 years old, I spent every other weekend in Hoboken, and those years gave me a real familiarity with the area — the neighborhoods, the feel of the waterfront, the way the city looks from this side of the river. It shaped how I think about this market and why I chose to build my practice here.

Hoboken and Jersey City are my specialty: the waterfront high-rises, the brownstone blocks, the buildings where you get the Manhattan commute without the Manhattan cost, and the neighborhoods where values are still quietly moving in one direction. I know which buildings have the best management, which blocks are transforming, and how to negotiate in a market I've been watching for most of my life.

For clients looking to go deeper into New Jersey — whether that's the sought-after train-line towns of Summit, Short Hills, Chatham, Madison, Westfield, or New Providence, or searches across Hudson, Union, Essex, or Morris County — I work alongside one of the most trusted names in the state: Kim Cannon & Co. My mother, Kim Cannon has spent over 30 years and $500 million in career sales building a reputation on results and deep local knowledge. Her Team of six seasoned professionals covers New Jersey's most desirable markets with the same standard I hold for my own clients.

Wherever you're headed in the metro area, you're not getting a referral to a stranger. You're getting access to a network built by people who know these markets deeply — and have for decades.
