New York City
Downtown Manhattan is my home base, and my connection to this side of the river goes back a long way. I grew up in Hoboken, just across the Hudson from the city, and that gave me an early, genuine feel for what it means to live close to Manhattan without being inside it. That proximity stayed with me, and eventually drew me into a career built block by block in some of the city's most competitive markets.
My specialties are Tribeca, Chelsea, the West Village, SoHo, and the surrounding areas, where I know not just the buildings, but the buildings worth being in. I launched my NYC career on the Upper East Side, which gave me working fluency across the full island. Whether you're drawn to a prewar co-op in the 70s or a new development north of Houston, I know where the value is and where it isn't.
I also work select neighborhoods in western Brooklyn (DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, and Williamsburg) for clients who want proximity to Manhattan without the Manhattan price tag. These markets move fast, and knowing which buildings and blocks are worth the premium is the difference between a smart buy and an expensive lesson.
Northern NJ
My connection to Northern New Jersey is personal. I grew up in Hoboken, and that gave me a real feel for this side of the river, the waterfront, the buildings, the commute into the city I'd eventually build my career in.
Hoboken and Jersey City are my specialty: the waterfront high-rises, the brownstone blocks, the buildings where you get the Manhattan commute without the Manhattan cost.
